Just Leadership: Leading People Well Under Pressure
Participants will gain practical tools to:

• Respond to resistance without escalating conflict
• Manage stress and emotions in high-pressure situations
Leaders will work in structured Just Leadership™ Pods, a small-group learning framework created by Sabrina Moon. These guided sessions allow participants to explore realistic workplace scenarios, reflect on leadership challenges, receive supportive coaching, and develop skills they can immediately apply on the job.
This is an engaging and applied learning experience that blends discussion, guided practice, and collaborative learning. Participants are encouraged to engage at a level that feels comfortable for them, in an environment that is supportive, respectful, and focused on growth.
Whether you prefer to actively participate, observe, reflect, or learn through listening, this program is designed to meet you where you are and help you strengthen your leadership capacity.
The 2026 IACCAC Spring Conference will be held May 20, 2026 - May 22, 2026 at the French Lick Springs Resort, located at 8670 West State Road 56, French Lick, Indiana 47432.

This is a two-day leadership intensive to help executives and leaders strengthen their ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and confidence in real-world situations.

If you are not currently a 2026 IACCAC member, you may wish to join the Association to receive the reduced conference rate.
2026 IACCAC Individual Membership Information:

Hotel Registration Information:
The IACCAC room block closes on April 20, 2026. If you intend to book a room, please call the French Lick Resort at 1-844-241-6361. The hotel will honor the group rate for rooms booked Sunday through Thursday; however, you will receive the best available rate for Friday and Saturday. Should hotel staff ask for the group code, please use "0526IAC".
