“So the Tail Does Wag the Dog?

Increasing Public Safety through Effective Reentry Strategies”  

Instituting effective collaborative and evidence-based reentry practices in the criminal justice system is smart public safety.  We will explore: when does reentry begin?  Who should we collaborate with?  How do we eliminate silo’s?  Are they really coming back?  What policies and practices can I put in place to protect my community with returning offenders?  How do I fund all this and does the tail really wag the dog???

 

Lunch choices:

Obi’s Barbecue-2 blocks North of the Library on Washington Street

Country Café and Bakery– 100 North Washington St. (maybe need to drive to this one)
