Details: The annual Institute for Alcohol and Drug Studies will focus on current substance use disorders, alcohol and drug trends, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, the role of trauma in addiction, human trafficking, cannabidiol (CBD) and trends in the use and distribution of illegal narcotics. In addition to a variety of other topics, the Institute will also provide HIV, HepC and Ethics education. This inter-professional conference provides practical tools and ground-breaking information related to successful intervention, rehabilitation, and treatment.
