Information: The Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) is pleased to invite Probation and Community Corrections leadership to a virtual meet and greet webinar with the newly established IDOC Transitional Healthcare Department.
During this webinar, participants will learn about the mission, oversight, responsibility, and objectives of the Transitional Healthcare team, along with how release planning has changed during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will also discuss the differences and collaborative efforts between IDOC case management, re-entry, and transitional healthcare.
We have offered this one hour meet and greet on two separate occasions (see times below) due to the limit of participants WebEx can offer. Both sessions will provide identical information. There is no need to register for this event. Due to the limited number of participants, we do ask that you are cognizant of who will be in attendance or if possible screen share (if you can remain socially distant).
